Communication - Monthly updated CMA's to evaluate changes in the competition. Monthly realtor.com report shows you the number of buyers viewing your home. All showing will be scheduled by my receptionist. I will follow up with agents and get feedback from those whom respond to my emails and phone calls.
Negotiations - Upon receipt of an offer I will contact you immidiately to begin the process and email or fax you a net sheet detailing the offers financial details and a copy of the contract. And then I will continue to represent your best interest and keep you informed until closing time at First American Title.
