proven marketing plan is designed to expose your home to as many
potential purchasers as possible - making them aware of the key selling

MLS - Property is advertised n the local multiple listings service for other Realtors to bring their buyers through for a co-op fee of 3%, Multiple photos are entered with additional descriptions underneath each photo.
Realtor.com - All MLS listings are advertised on realtor.com My listings have an upgraded advertising package that gives them additional photos, unlimited description space, direct links to MomSellsHOuses.com, my direct contact information, scrolling banners & headlines.

Seasonal Advertising - Depends on Buyer activity & special advertising opportunities, Open Houses, additional rpint ads magazine ads.
Communication - Monthly updated CMA's to evaluate changes in the competition. Monthly realtor.com report shows you the number of buyers viewing your home. All showing will be scheduled by my receptionist. I will follow up with agents and get feedback from those whom respond to my emails and phone calls.
Negotiations - Upon receipt of an offer I will contact you immidiately to begin the process and email or fax you a net sheet detailing the offers financial details and a copy of the contract. And then I will continue to represent your best interest and keep you informed until closing time at First American Title.
